How We Help
A structured, compassionate 12-key framework designed to walk alongside each woman on her journey toward lasting recovery.
Our Approach
The Redemption House program is built on 12 keys — each one addressing a different dimension of recovery. Together, they form a complete framework for reintegrating into a safe, healthy, and purposeful life. Residents move through the program at their own pace, supported by house leadership, peer accountability, and a community of women who understand the journey from the inside out.
We provide mental, spiritual, and physical coping methods — because healing is not one-dimensional, and neither are the women who come to us.
The Framework
Each resident takes ownership of her choices, her progress, and her role within the house community. Accountability is not punishment — it is the foundation of trust.
Redemption House maintains a strict drug and alcohol free environment. Sobriety is the non-negotiable starting point from which all other growth becomes possible.
We provide access to mental health resources and encourage each resident to engage in therapy, counseling, and self-care practices that support emotional stability.
Whether through faith, mindfulness, or personal reflection, spiritual grounding gives residents a sense of meaning and connection that sustains long-term recovery.
Healthy bodies support healthy minds. Residents are encouraged to develop routines around nutrition, rest, and physical activity as part of their daily lives.
From budgeting and cooking to time management and communication, we equip residents with the practical skills needed to live independently and confidently.
Understanding money, managing expenses, and building financial stability are critical steps toward independence. We guide residents through these fundamentals.
Recovery requires rebuilding trust — with family, friends, and oneself. We help residents identify healthy relationship patterns and set meaningful boundaries.
Being part of something larger than yourself is healing. Residents are encouraged to give back, connect with local resources, and build a support network beyond the house.
We support residents in pursuing employment, vocational training, or education — because purpose and productivity are powerful anchors in a sober life.
For residents navigating legal obligations, we provide structure, support, and accountability to help them meet requirements and move forward with a clean slate.
The goal of Redemption House is to prepare each resident for life beyond our walls. Transition planning ensures she leaves with a clear path, strong support, and real confidence.
The Journey
Recovery does not happen overnight. Our phased approach gives each resident the time and structure she needs to move forward with confidence.
The first phase is about settling in, building trust, and establishing a daily routine. New residents are oriented to house expectations, connected with support resources, and given space to stabilize emotionally and physically.
With a foundation in place, residents begin actively working through the 12 keys — attending programming, developing life skills, pursuing employment or education, and deepening their accountability practice within the community.
In the final phase, residents take on greater responsibility within the house and begin planning their transition to independent living. This includes securing housing, employment, and a personal support network that will sustain them beyond Redemption House.
The Heart of the House
At Redemption House, accountability means showing up — for yourself, for your housemates, and for the life you are building. It means honest conversations, consistent action, and the courage to ask for help when you need it. This is the culture we cultivate every day.
